Lifestyle Tip: Stop using the Scale as a measure of your Success!

The scale can be an inaccurate measure of positive changes taking place in your body. Weight alone does not tell you if you are losing body fat and/or gaining lean muscle mass. To accurately measure results you must measure body composition using circumference measurements, percent of body fat, and percent of lean mass. If you must measure with the scale, do so no more than once per week, preferably using a scale that measures your body fat.
